Those ablutions were disgusting but apparently they have started renovations.

I was told that years ago It's even on 1 of my old TT's and a pic of the guy painting that ugly green paint on the floor The renovations stopped after the painting of the floor

I got a reply from SANParks to my complaint, and they said the baths and basins have been resprayed. Let's hope they carry on.
