So sad to see the rivers so dry, which of course affects the game and bird viewing. :-( But you still managed to get some great birdies! \O I saw the eggs! :-0

As you say, it's better to be in the bush than the city no matter how dry it is!

We get to the Kruger on a regular basis and we have good trips and bad trips (sightings wise) but we try to make the best of it regardless of what we see! Small mammals, birds, reptiles and even insects can make memorable sightings and can sometimes lead to something extra special.

During our trip last November, watching a Tawny Eagle being mobbed by some Drongos let to a once in a lifetime sighting! I'm still gobsmacked by your Croc pictures - that sighting alone would have made the trip for me!


Hunting cannot be considered a sport as all contestants in a sport should know they are playing the game!
