Wonderful photos again Lis.
I hope Fa feels a lot better now and you both get to have a nice meal together later.
Enjoy the beach.

Ouch for Fa... But Merry Christmas to you both anyways. Hope you still enjoy your holidays even if Fa isn't well right now.
The photos you posted however are marvellous and I can hardly think of a better place to be right now.
Funny how bananas are straight really... not that stuff they sell you over here.
Great beaches and wonderful birds too. Love the kingfisher... beautiful indeed! And that coconut looks yummy.

I do have a few complaints though: The beds are like wooden boards, which in fact they are and do not at all agree with my back The choices in the shop are very limited, so when we eat at home it is tomatoes, sweet onions, pepper fruits, cabbage, bananas and horribly expensive English cheddar You cannot really cook because it is too hot in the kitchen (the only place without a fan )

Hmz... that bed thing is no good considering your fragile skeleton structure. Will you spent your whole three months in that particular house or are you moving on eventually? I know you told me before, but I forgot.
No sympathies for the kitchen being too hot to cook though... You chose a place where it is warm now.
You must learn to make Indian curries with local ingredients.

If I remember correctly, all the beds are the same everywhere... take a hammock
