It was 45 in total, 11 at one side and the other ones crossed the road later on.

being lucky... I am afraid about something still to come... where experienced rangers said.."once in a life-time" :-) :-)

aat , this is certainly a "once-in-a-lifetime " sighting ^Q^ ^Q^ ^Q^ . I have never seen that many eland all at once , not in Kgalagadi , not in Namibia . Its absolutely unbelievable , and I am so :-0

Dear Aat and Elly,
What sightings you had so early in your holiday O0 . And to start with Mavatsani ^Q^ .

All the sightings so far are more than special!!!! .... the cats, the Roan, Swartwitpens, ets O\/

And then the Eland .... what a wow sighting. Do you mind if I add another Eland with her 2 special friend?
