Also travelled the S36 in the whole length this year for the very first time and that area was bone dry :-(

It was hot as stated by RP, but the next day…….. O-/

So GB wasn’t keen on this get together :twisted:

RP and mates looked very weathered and there were some red pips, so I gathered it had been a long day already.

I was getting the hairy eyeball as the unknown “Englishman” and the long drop area was producing a few fumes in the heat so my nose was touching my chin, but RP loudly suggested that a young couple were hogging the prime spot and they soon took the hint as we invaded.

Beers aren’t permitted at picnic sites so RP passed “cokes” around and impressively got my female clan busy preparing lunch, but soon I was under pressure as the appointed chef.
