Hilarious ExF, at least the way that you describe it \O

Just wait until Nan returns, she'll have some scary monkey stories =O:

Hey, Ex!

I remember a story from quite a few years back at Nwamanzi lookout on the Olifants River.

The monkeys were only starting to become such a menace there, and Dwarf and I were passing through and alone there...we didn't have much money for "tea" in those days... :-(

They are crafty monsters, posing sweetly on the poles... @#$

We were standing right next to the car when one dashed past us, through the open door, to grab some food on the back seat. We didn't have money for food either, and Dwarf had had one tea, which is enough to get him going for hours.. :O^

He had also grown up with monkeys in Kakamas, so was suitably enraged! =O:

It happened quite fast, with Dwarf jumping into the car (he is not much bigger than a monkey) and trying to grab the food back.

The bladdy monkey was incredibly agile, moving all around. But clever as he dropped the food, which distracted Dwarf who grabbed it like a victorious raptor! =O:

As the monkey leaped out (I was bravely still standing outside) I determined to kill it with a single punch to the face! \O

I swung an almighty roundhouse right, forgetting that monkeys presumably have to deal with much faster and cleverer predators on a daily basis, and missed by about two metres..in fact I think the monkey was behind me already... O-/

And I pulled a fat in my shoulder that took a few weeks to recover from. :o0ps:

But we kept the food! So won! ^0^

You're really good at spinning stories...
