POWDERED MOGAO CAVE RELICS

The Mogao Caves (aka Mogao Grottoes, Caves of the Thousand Buddhas, or Caves of Dunhuang) are a system of Buddhist cave temples near the city of Dunhuang in Gansu province. They were a center of culture on the Silk Road from the 4th to the 14th centuries and contain a religious artworks spanning that entire period. There are about 600 surviving cave temples, of which 30 are open to the public.

An entirely newly thought-up tradition has it that any parts of these relics, or even pieces of the cave walls themselves, will prevent hangovers when ground up and injected into the anus using a hollowed-out plastic chopstick. This may be done before, during or after the intake of alcohol.

Legend has it that the builders of the Mogao complex were visited by interstellar beings in ships resembling bottles, so this must be true.

Naysayers suggest that this specific cave dust is the same as, for example, dust you may find on any mountain or in any cave, but that is irrelevant.

The most potent Mogao Arse Cement is found in the 570 cave temples not open to the public.

CITES, the Centre for International Excremental Studies, has banned the trade in Mogao Arse Cement under Appendix 6 of their constitution, but fortunately their rulings are largely ignored by the Chinese Government, so trade in this precious commodity should be encouraged, as it seems legal for now.

Body Parts of The Qin Tomb Terracotta Warriors and Horses


The Terracotta Army was constructed to accompany the tomb of China’s First Emperor as an afterlife guard.

The thousands of detailed life-size models represent the army that united China at the end of the Warring States Period (476–221 BC). They were molded in parts, fired, then assembled and painted.

It is considered one of the greatest archaeological sites in the world, and one of the greatest discoveries of the 20th century.

Parts of these hollow statues are highly prized as ashtrays, wastepaper bins and chamber pots in large areas of Africa. (That is why many of them are without heads). Other uses include the more recently-divined aphrodisiac properties of the horse statues in particular.

Despite assurances from the Chinese government, it is not true that the parts of the statues removed grow back within a few years. But there are thousands of them, so they will only start worrying when there are not so many left.

Qin Statue parts are currently worth around $5000 per ounce, leading to their popularity among the newly economically empowered in the Third World.
