Think this is same day that you got them in am, I got them later that day in same area having a good sleep.
Mr Buff gave them a rude awakening, but after initial fright just moved a few meters and then flopped down again to sleep.

Re: Dimwits Bateleur 2017 - The Shining
Ok, our start!
It was a strange trip, as said, with me running around naked from the waist down in Shing one night, and plotting ways of murdering leachy on another, and facing death by fire on another, but otherwise normal?
It was a dark and stormy morning when we left:
Milhouse was at the wheel of Samoosa II:
And still at the wheel near Phalaborwa! Sprocky had told me the road was absolutely fine compared to last year, which was sort of true, but he neglected to mention that there were two stop-go roadworks on the way...
Everything went like clockwork in Phala, or so it seemed! We picked up our groceries pre-packed at the Spar, as always, from the lovely Natasha, although we later learned they had played some strange tricks on us for some reason... Then the bottle store turned out not to have the required tea...unheard of!
This is the worst thing that can happen on any trip, especially within smelling distance of the gate...
So we had to go back into the ghastly town itself.
You may think I'm being mean-spirited, but you know it is an absolute hick mining village when the directions are: "Turn left, then right, and you should start seeing bottle STORES soon..."
And we did indeed find them soon, stopping at one run by a small Portuguese lady. It has covered parking for customers, also unique for a bottle store, but typical of a town of alcoholics? We also discovered later that the cans didn't open properly..a dud batch, so you have to smash them in while wiping your tears away...
Anyway, in we went! (No checking of any ID's or anything whatsoever...I know the scanning thing is only for the South, but normally ID's or drivers licences are checked at least?)
It was VERY dry:
