It's something to do with the hosting site, and from what I remember they don't know what's causing the problem.

i fell victim to the technical gremlin yesterday...
was busy posting photos on the sweni road flavour when i was banished
could not get back on at all, even from a different computer.....
the future is not what it used to be

Ok had some feedback from forum Host .They cant yet find the issue but have changed some settings . Please let me know if it happens again .If possible please send me a screenshot of the error message and also get your IP address (a number like 123.123.123.123) and the date and time it occurs then we can follow up again with them .To get your Ip use the tool here tool : https://ip.hoststar.ch or use google and enter : whats my ip .To get a print screen use the prt Scr button by pressing ctrl and the prt SC button .I normally then paste it into paint or a word document then save it to an image file .
