Hmmm..... you know , I have seen that the mass-produced bacon that you buy in stores have become really really crap !
Firstly , the stuff is pumped full of brine , and for some reason the factories are slicing them thinner and thinner so it is almost impossible even to handle it .
And , taste wise , it is now just paper-thin salt O/

So , I have started making my own bacon , and here is the result ;-) To my own taste , and sliced nice and thick \O
Now , put this on your braai and taste heaven O/\
