If you walk on the deck towards the pathway to the safari tents this staircase is on your left. I think it's a waste as you can't really see far and the staircase is always full of bat droppings

It was actually my first thought but couldn't place those electrical poles in the back ground. Can't remember them being up river inside Kruger
