I agree, but they say the whitish patches are sometimes greenish and the legs can sometimes have greenish reflections as well. I suppose that's why it has got this name

and I am pretty sure that this is a Schulthessiella sp.

Common name: Twospur Bushhopper

There are six species in the genus, all endemic to the eastern parts of southern Africa:
Schulthessiella difficilis
Schulthessiella forficata
Schulthessiella longicornis
Schulthessiella minuta
Schulthessiella odzaniae
Schulthessiella sellata
