A bit more background:
-Members vote for their favourite camp/picnic spot, either a simple poll or a rating of various attributes giving a final winner.
-Generally one of our members designs a trophy for first place.
-Certificates are designed and framed for second and third places.
-Members deliver the awards to the locations after the committee has made arrangements with the staff concerned.
Examples:
