Re: Richprins' Short Business Trips to The Park
Anyway, Joe and his crowd arrived less than 30 minutes late, which is unheard of!
And then things got a bit festive, but what can one do?
Look how fat he has become!
Joe's SO Naz is still as pleasant as always...I think she is wasted on him, to be honest...
They brought me a bottle of Rhino Horn as a present, it didn't last long but I must say it makes Amarula taste like a distant second!
We tried the exotic foreign cigarette I had stolen. Very nice until you push the button and a weird flavour comes out...

Re: Richprins' Short Business Trips to The Park
There was a brief interruption as a porcupine walked past and all the youngsters ran after it, taking my camera!
(I never saw the animal, so am still a porcupine virgin. )
After braaiing double the ampount of meat necessary again, we posed for a family pic!
(I had found some very cheap bulk mutton and had soaked it in coke to soften it. Am still working away at the leftovers..)
Leachy looks a bit funny here, I think that is his "had some tea and have a bit of a crush on the lady in the group" face?
Then time ran away from us. I don't understand how that happpens. But fortunately the tea ran out so they left.
I haven't had such a good evening in a long time. Thanks, Joe!
Next morning the best sight of the trip!

Re: Richprins' Short Business Trips to The Park
We duly left lickety-split down the tar road to Crocodile Bridge. As often after a hottish day, some clouds!
There were three or four major predator sightings along the way, but unfortunately that was irrelevant, as the sight of so many cars kept the driver in a constant state of rage and impatience. I was getting used to this by now so had some mutton and tea and smiled and waved as we plunged through the traffic jams. Once again, what can one do?
I think there were lion cubs next to the road here, maybe?

Far too many cars
Looks like a swell party. Good looking girl
The breakfast is yummy apart from the marmite and margerine. I don't know what that kind of red sauce in the cup is
