I spoke to SATSA and they confirm the arrangement was cancelled unexpectedly through a general advisory without reasons given. They are working on it!

I hate it when there is no reason given When they change the rules they also know why, so can't we get an answer at the same time or do they have to pack it up in order to make the best impression?

There were a lot of complaints about the priority entry that the OSV were given.
Now that has been withdrawn - more complaints.
