I think it's Achaea finita, larvae feed on the invasive Castor oil plant which is very common in your area.
It's a fruit-sucking moth (can be a pest) and feeds on citrus. Fruit-sucking moths tend to be migratory. They have an acute sense of smell, being able
to detect ripening fruit over a distance of 10 km.
