Wow ..you have opened my eyes to Upington ..especially the river cruise. Maybe we should not be is such a rush to get to KTP next time..we should linger a bit along the river. :) I am especially jealous of the Cliff-Swallows.

I think you are right it's a bit like big river in the desert.
The cost… I don't know, we were invited by Judit (the mother of my friend Evelyne)
