Oops, they have already been done with the project for quite some time. I had chosen to believe that
Otto and his SO (forgot her name) would do a comprehensive and long stretched study like Gus Mills
with the cheetahs lol

Thanks for posting the article, Lis. \O

However, I now wonder if the bias of 56% male lions might not have even increased ever since the study ended.
Of the visible lions / cubs, it feels like there must be a huuuge gap between the amount of females and male,
in favour of the males.

Which in the end is no good for the gene pool, as we all know O-/

I don't know about the numbers, only that there were lions all over the place in November and many single males lying around ;-)
