While I love Adam, I disagree here, Wild rhino are disappearing anyway, perhaps SANParks employees will stop poaching them if they can sell the horn stockpiles?

Anyway, private rhino is protected whether trade is legal or not, so that is a moot point. At least with trade they can get some much-needed revenue to pay for antipoaching! \O
