To me the important thing is to know that the two things have very little to do with each other. I have watched dozens of documentaries and if you are not completely stupid it is easy to understand they are all put together after months and often years and kilometers of filming, cut and mounted.

A so called safari is not only about seeing animals; it is also about finding them (that's why I do not like Latest sightings, no suspense ;-) ), sounds, colours, smell, trees, flowers and scenery and not least: atmosphere!

Very few people actually appreciate this.
The most frequently asked question on TA Forum is; "Is 2 days at xyz lodge enough time to see the Big 5?" 0-
