So....I know I have moaned about this before.....
But I think this should really be implemented.

Peak check in times should be check in only.
Say 1:30pm --> 3pm
And half an hour before gates closing until reception closes

During our trip, on 3 camp check ins, I stood in huge queues for ages, while other people sorted out night drives, bush braais, issues with wild cards etc O/

SANParks still have to learn to see things from the visitors point of view, not what is better for staff and cheaper (having one person at the check in desk, instead of two).
