The first is a slug, Amoli! :-)

The second a Wolf spider, or rain spider as they are sometimes called! ;-)

Cannot be sure, but they are probably one of the Dermestid beetles which are also known as “Skin Beetles” or “Hide Beetles”. Some species feed on the desiccated remains of animal carcasses after blowfly larvae have left.
