Leachy was there today, and says big trenches dug across the site using an SP back-actor to lay new water pipes to all taps/ablutions.
Frank says the pipes are hopefully coming in soon, but was hoping it would have been done already...hope it doesn't take too long?

I was there also in October. Maybe we passed each oher ?
A bit sooner, in February 2017 : Fortunately, the Buffalo herd did not cross the river to come to the picnic site.
Very close to the picnic site, just at the junction between the picnic road and the S63, I spotted this Sharpe's Grysbok.
