First time we stayed in Uri was in 2009

was not easy to close the Windows and even the door
and never closed properly ... for me who don't like the dark

In 2012 there was a cape fox den south of Urikaruus

In 2012 we were lucky to see some eland close to Urikaruus

one came to the waterhole in the evening







Many more were coming when it was already dark. Too dark for pictures. It was quite interesting to hear the clicking sounds they make when walking though.
