interesting, seems to be a Cobra... then

but not a lot of Snake can stay upright
magnificent flowers... soon the spring will arrive... here
and then... Aardwolf, Aardvark

We thought it was a cobra too nan but not so sure now
Spring will arrive there and winter here

A snake dark above and with speckled throat and yellow belly could be
Psammophis crucifer, not a Cobra
