He seemed like a really nice guy and very willing to chat to anyone who stopped to ask what he was doing. He told us of the current active dens in the south....not that we found any of them!! O**

From the EWT FB page:

Sad news from the Kruger Wild Dog Project. The Alpha Female from the Berg en Dal pack has a snare around her foot. Field worker on the project, Grant Beverley, is watching her and waiting for the vets to arrive to treat her. We hope she is ok.... the other pack members are licking the wound and tending to her.

Happy to update that all is ok!
She's back with the pack!

Nice of one of our spotters to report it, it saved her life!

Thanks, Odie! \O

They are very difficult to keep track of and move great distances, often outside the Park! 0*\

From Latest Sightings - Kruger FB Page:
6 Wild Dogs
On the N4 between Malelane and Nelspruit
If anyone sees the Dogs, please look out for a collar, try to get photos, stay with them as long as possible and report to us immediately!

From Parker Scott Media FB Page:
6 Wild Dogs have left the safety of Kruger National Park and were seen on the N4 highway between Malelane and Nelspruit this morning.

I think that's the Phabeni gate access road, or something like that. Not the N4. :-?
