Thanks for the comments everyone. Time to get on with this topic. Here are the last of the pictures I took on that first visit.
A Darter fight broke out in the middle of the dam.
Blue Crane chick and adult..
Crowned Cranes.
And to round it off.
Pied Kingfisher.
Little Egret.
Greenbacked Heron who was concentrating very hard.
And a couple of Terrapins.

Everyone loves the Crowned Cranes - such a pity they are captive

I am now a regular visitor to this bird sanctuary and to avoid boring you to death with similar pictures, I'm only going to post the ones I consider to be unusual or special.
