Thanks for the comments everyone. Time to get on with this topic. Here are the last of the pictures I took on that first visit.
A Darter fight broke out in the middle of the dam.
Blue Crane chick and adult..
Crowned Cranes.
And to round it off.
Pied Kingfisher.
Little Egret.
Greenbacked Heron who was concentrating very hard.
And a couple of Terrapins.

I am now a regular visitor to this bird sanctuary and to avoid boring you to death with similar pictures, I'm only going to post the ones I consider to be unusual or special.
Visit on 15 February 2015.
Purple Swamphen.
Two Grey Herons having a territorial dispute.

Fugly the Moorhen chick getting bigger all the time.

I haven't see the chick since although I suspect it's quite a bit bigger now.
