Pleasure and enjoy number 2 (hopefully!). \O

We've booked one of the Chalets (CH2S) to try something different this time. Will report back from that one too. :-)

Hi Mel - it's time for me to explore Addo.

I will be camping in Main Camp and using the communial kitchen.

Do they have hot water boilers like Kruger?
Do they have picnic sites where they hire out gas braais?

Thanks for all the info you have posted here. O0

No, you don't, Amols. But I haven't got an answer and contacted PJL who is trying to find out. ;-)

Hey Amoli, the picnic sites don't have skottels for hire like in Kruger, but as Mel says I'll have a check about the water boilers in the kitchens when I'm next there... I seem to think they added those fairly recently but we always have our own kettle do never needed to check. Will let you know in due course!

I seem to remember that there was a kettle in the rondavel when we were there 4 years ago, but that does not mean much O**

Thanks - I got an answer :

The area is clean, there is a communal kitchen with kettles, fridges, stoves and boiling water for coffer on tap. Each camp site has a table and chair, so no need to shlep that along too.

PRWIN - I book in on the 22nd - I think I noticed we will be there together for a day/ day and a half. We leave 28 Dec for Kleinmond. \O
