Strange that it was so cold that morning. I believe to remember that you went during the summer and I would have expected it to be rather hot.
Not many animals, alright. But did you enjoy the walk anyways? After all you got to move around where average people are not allowed.
I like the shot of the tree in the early morning light. My very favourite.

It was around the 20th of Dec. but in the morning it was very cold. Around Christmas we had an afternoon of 42°
The tree is my favourite too
