good meals... in Kerala, lot of potatoes contrario to the rest of India where we found ONLY rice

often we had to show our passeport to buy alcool

nice architecture and lot of new birds

I've never been to India, so really looking forward to getting a "taste" of it here. More, more, more (please).

You'll have to be patient, we have not been much around yet. Between shocking change of weather, culture and jetlag, we are taking it very easy as we have plenty of time

And it's supposed to be your holiday! So, you're doing everything right, methinks.

Wednesday 23rd Dec.

Today we went for a little tour in the surroundings with a Ricshaw



To a big lake which is the sweet water reservoir of Trivandrum, the Capital of Kerala



partly covered by lotus flowers, but strangely enough there were only leaves

One of the 1.000.000.000.00000000 craws that are all over the place



We then went to a Hindu temple close to the sea. How they love colours around here

And the beach underneath the temple, a very looooong beach

To the other side



The beaches are all fabulous



Far away you can see the tall white church, that we visited two days ago.

On the way back two milk providers, grassing in the shadow of the palm trees



Talking about palm trees, coconut harvesting



It is a very tall tree

and they climb barefoot
