Nice to see the family relaxed and well.
Ja, you see, you are also relaxing more!

Ja, I relax at Imfolozi as there's less to see

Hectic at work, so have to finish quickly

Thanks Roger

Yes, Imfolozi is close enough for a short tester trip

Been years since I was last there

Just so far from CT
What is the accommodation prices like? ...Very pricey ... do they have pensioners rates?

Thanks AN

Yes, not really worth a trip from CT

but worth a stop if in the area

They are very pricey in holiday season but around knp's pricing out of school holidays. Not sure on the pensioner rates.

We still had time to drive further when arriving back at Mpila so we continued on through camp towards number 17 again in case the dogs were still around and mobile, but soon stopped again for a crested eagle thing that got the Cow excited and then waterbuck popped up and 17 produced no dogs, but rather a laugh as a giraffe and rhino had a stop/start charging match over a puddle of water while a buffalo looked on.

The drive back to camp certainly wasn’t peaceful as the road was blocked by a rather stroppy ellie so the Cow was greasing me about the “safe distance” and then confused herself.
“Reverse!!”
“We have to get past to get to camp!!”
“Reverse, wait………..$*@#*#** Go forward!!”
“What!”
“Go!! More are coming from behind us!”
The Cow was rapidly losing the plot and the Imfolozi ellies seem to be chowing too much Durban poison as they seem way more temperamental than the Kruger ellies so I had to take a semi bush detour to get past.

Our last stop before camp was for a few cars next to the road and supposedly a lion was sleeping in a bush next to the road, but after 10 minutes all 3 cars were still in place so we couldn’t get a gap to see clearly, therefore decided to just snap a pic of what we could see and continued on to camp.
