Nowadays , for every tribe and subtribe and group and subgroup , whatever , there is a king , who says everything belongs to him , etc etc .
Strange kind of democracy , with so many monarchies

Just think of what would happen if it is decided that South Africa can only have one king

we would probably have 20 civil wars all happening at the same time , everyone against everyone else
