SANParks tried to ensure that rhinos didn't go for hunting from square one, but looks like they have given up as the rhino get resold anyway! 0:

It would not be very coherent to sell rhinos for hunting and at the same time fight poaching 0-

SANParks is also busy with the Wildlife Economy Programme which supports the development of hunting business in the communities.

So hunting and SANParks become more and more associated.
