One gets to the end of that section of the river road, then it is normally dark and one gets lost trying to get back home...thenk goodness for GPS!
One of Dwarf's other specialities is potato salad with condensed milk, which is good because I am addicted to potato salad!
Another Dwarf speciality is dirtying every dish within range, which I normally end up washing!
Another constant surprise is the braaipack delivered by my local Spar, which could contain anything no matter how specific your order is...
But it was delicious and the Chinese Braai Number One Special Product worked very well again!

The next morning I did another WALK, which was very pleasant...here is a cloud produced by sugar cane burning:
Then a slight delay before departure as the zebras were using the car/trees for scratching!
We returned the next week...

We returned the next week, this time with Mrs Dwarf included!
Pecan nuts on a VERY cold stoep...
There was a cold front moving in, and we were ironically in one of the hottest places in SA!
So visitors sparse...but still!
And some unexpected action!

An extremely unlikely 2 in 1 pic!
We retired to bed as it were cold, as said, and the next morning it appeared there had been some winter rain!
Dwarf and I went on another WALK...
our neighbours have a fancy pond!

Such a privilege during lockdown, once again!
Klipspringer had ordered us to take some more plant pics...here is Dwarf looking for a tree!
And then we hit the big game fence again....with an odd seating arrangement on the other side...
