Looks a lot like the P. Panda which it can't be because they dion't occur in the region. As you say, there's not a lot of information about Streblote moths on the net.

Under Charaxes jasius saturnus it says "Photo Wanted". I found this while looking for Kruger birds and I think this is that species:
