Interesting the oxpecker gathering, Rog!

Looks like they are picking at some wounds...they basically live off blood! ..0..

I've also got lost around Mpondo Dam a few times! --00-- :o0ps:

Yes always understood them to be after ticks and mites but seem to be digging into some wounds .

Mpondo can be a little tricky with the loops but well posted . ..0.. Definitely feel it could use a picnic spot there or mini bush camp would be a great place to overnight

After the dam we found this little fellow
Image

We found a lovely scene back on the river road .

Image

Seemed to be a day of checkups and service for the inmates ...
Image

We came across another interesting Giraffe seemed to have two holes in its face ...
Image

Image

After stopping at Croc Bridge for a break we took our last drive up the H4 .We found a couple of cars parked on the Bridge by the dam and on arriving we found a busy couple taking a break Image

Image

Image

Cars were quickly banking up .We left them to take their break and carried on the S28 a bit finding this dude ...
Image

We found another Impala getting a service Image

After reaching the H4 again we found these Batleurs
Image

And the last animal we saw before leaving the park was the same as the first a little punk
Image

On the drive to the house along the fence in Marloth we saw this fellow
Image

And a hippo was out of the water
Image

And that was the end of the Quick trip . Thank you for sticking around for the ride and the comments \O
