I'm revisiting an old friend (Marakele) through your wonderful trips there ^Q^ . It used to be one of our favorite places to visit when traveling between Kruger and KTP, but we no longer drive such long distances, visiting only one park at a time or flying between them. So, thank you for the updates and reminding me of many wonderful visits there - keep the lovely pics coming 0() 0() 0() ^Q^ ^Q^

So you went on another day trip to Marakele :-0 I love the scenery photos. What a beauty the park is [Luv]
And, my, you had some really exciting sightings there. Aren't you lucky. O:V

What are the temps like in March? I mean, I know they can vary - but an average to get an idea.

We had 32 degrees, in January it was 36 :shock:

If it's dry heat then I can cope with 36. But if the climate is like in Kruger I'd struggle O-/

It's the same as Kruger, very stuffy and sometimes unbearable O-/

My dad, Jenine and I went to Marakele on 17 July for his birthday that no one here remembered on 16 July :-(
