RP, we were in unit 1 - we love this one and have stayed here before.
Flutt's, the pink binoculars went down a storm. Her face when I gave her them when we arrived in Punda was priceless.

An early morning drive down the S56, along onto the tar road and back to camp was fairly quiet.
The waterhole just south of the turn off to the camp.
A flock of Red-billed Quelea were busy feeding along the main tar road.
And a Red-billed Hornbill was sunning itself in the early morning light.
Back in camp for breakfast, I noticed one of the Hooded Vultures, who have a nest opposite our unit, sitting in a tree preening itself.
While a small herd of Impala came down into the dam to drink.
Followed closely by a noisy flock of Helmeted Guineafowl.
On the tree next to our unit, a striped skink was warming up in the sunshine.

We left Punda on the first morning RP.
We have been to Klopperfontein, Baobab Hill, the Luvuvhu river bridge, Pafuri Picnic spot, Babalala, the S56 and are now at Sirheni - unit no 1.
I'm up to August 2014. I note that you are still somewhere in the Dark Ages on your TT.
Keep up dear boy.
