They were quick in restoring it though. There ought to be someone at the "support" earlier in the morning, but the cost of manpower in Switzerland is very, very high, so it is out of question $0*\$

I dont see any logs of issues on the hosting side so may be on your side .Did you have access then loose it or just could not connect . Seems ok this time

But def had problems earlier. Was just with connecting.
