Day 6: Back at Sendelingsdrift

When we returned to Sendelingsdrift we took a nice long rest and had a look at the pontoon we are going to cross over the river the next morning. Before crossing you must go through the normal border procedures and can then drive onto the pontoon to cross over to Namibia. Cost is R110 if you overnight per vehicle and possible to add on a trailer at an extra cost.

Superb scenery again, BJ....sort of like "Lord of the Rings" SA style! \O

And so much water...is there a weir further down?


(WN's must be amazed at how we Saffies love seeing a river flowing! lol )

Presence of water always change a place if its a dam, river or sea. Something about it I can't put my finger on it. Refreshing perhaps comes to mind even if it muddy. :yes:
