I have a cuckoo, which I think is a euro-cuckoo, just because it was silent, but the photo is too poor to see the beak properly, but I think it has a black tip to the beak.
Post it and let's see what others think.

juv. fish-eagle does not have the mask stripe to the beak and also the posture is osprey-like

But my cuckoo does not have one dark mandible. Upper and lower ones are pale with dark tip only. But that's more immagination than what you can see.
