And the birdbath definitely never posed a problem. We never had more bees around because of it.
The bees would come anyway. Especially between 2.30 and 3.30 pm - despite the fact that we had
virtually sealed the sink and tap in the kitchen. And they were frenetically looking for water there
but never at the birdbath.

Even with the bird baths up again - it took our feathered friends a long time to realize that there was water available.
At least most of them. The sociable weavers got the message quickly, but they are around all the time anyway - begging food.

As always, we got up with sunrise and settle down on the patio with a cup of coffee. It was a rather coolish morning and life seemed to be slow around us.
But then - exactly at the same time as the day before - the animals started moving in. It as the lions who were coming back, lead by the big daddy.
Alas, the light was still quite low and that stupid beast didn't grant me a single look.
He went off to the waterhole and his offspring followed.
But daddy never acknowledge the presences of his sons and daughters. A rather arrogant attitude.

Thank you pooky, nan, Brat, Wanda, Pumbaa, Amoli, Duke
Wanda, shot them on F8, ISO 400, 25 secs exposure, and prayed that they wouldn't move.
Oh, and SO gave extra light with the torch. Always helps, I found.
