I suppose I should put this information at the beginning of each TT.

My camera kit :-

Nikon D5100 & D5000 bodies.
Nikkor 18-55 and 55-200mm lenses.
Tamron 90mm macro lens.
Sigma 15-500mm zoom lens.

The D5100 usually has the 150-500mm lens attached unless I'm using the Macro lens.
The D5000 usually has the 55-200mm fitted but I also use the 18-55mm on this camera for scenic shots.

Excellent shots in general but the egret is particularly fantastic. \O
Your photos seem to get better and better and better - it that's still possible at all. O:V

BB asked the question and the answer was not intended for the photographically challenged*

* Individuals who have no idea what "shutter speed" "aperture" or "ISO" means. No clue what a 150-500mm lens does (in DX or FX format). Includes iPhone snappers, point & shooters and those who use a DSLR camera on AUTO! =O: =O: =O: 0- (insert large pinch of salt here :-) ;-) )

Thanks Nan! Birds in flight are hard to get, I love it when I get a shot where the whole bird is in the picture and it's not blurred \O

Kruger newbies are great! I think I missed my vocation - I should have been a game guide!
