IAP = Interested and/or Affected Parties.
It is more of a gesture of principle to show that you are against this kind of development
It is enough to write:
Subject: Registration as IAP - Shangono Gate & Camps
I am against this kind of development in the Kruger National park and you are kindly requested to register me as an interested and affected party.
