He was watching the springboks and it seemed as if he was going to hunt
While we were watching, somehow this little one had appeared – it was very close by, but I think Caster’s cub could not see it as a car was blocking his view
We stayed until 08:30 am. Then we had to leave as we were still to have breakfast and to check out and I wanted to be in Grootkolk early.

We arrived at Grootkolk at 1:15 pm and were allocated unit 3. I was so disappointed when we were told that we were not allowed to put out bird baths.
Thus, it was a boring afternoon as there were no animals at the waterhole either.Only some sociable weavers were around
But it turned out much better when I finally had a chance to talk with Wanda and her SO.

At 5:15 pm we went on an afternoon drive to Unions End. North of Geinab we had the first ever sighting of a warthog in KTP

In the evening we saw this tree rat
and watched this little one catching insects

As we were about to leave for our mornig drive, some kudus appeared. Of course, we stayed to take some pictures.
