It is really beautiful and always something to find in the trees, in the grass, in the water

Have edited the count. Should be correct again. But I will have to list the birds at some point to make sure
I never counted one double.

The masked lapwing is a great looking bird.

On we go with the bird parade... We went back to Yellow Water the following morning and found:

The closest I ever got to an egret anywhere. This one standing right underneath the boardwalk trying
to catch some brekkie and wasn't bothered at all with people passing it.

Looked like a mating ritual. He was singing his head of and dancing his feet sore.

And we got some fishies as well.





The first one is a family of Barramundi. A very tasty fish as well.
The other two I have no idea what they are.
