we then took the upper dune road and saw steenbok

we watched an african hoopoe and were sad as it flew into a tree

and were surprised as there were two

05.10.2014 continued

finally we arrived at Urikaruus and were warned of the crows who were already busy at the bird bath (or was it a bee trap?)

in the evening we were visited by Charlie and her mate

we were already fast asleep around midnight when the residents of no 2 called – lions at the waterhole

it was the group with the naughty teenagers

today we drove the Auob road toTR and back. First were some squirrels

then we saw three kudu bulls
