1st Lower Sabie to Talamati continued
We were still on a “leopard cub high” for the rest of the drive to Tshokwane, so we spent more time talking than looking, but did stop for some klippies.

We stopped at Tshokwane for a loo break and to check the sighting board, but there wasn’t enough on the board to warrant a route change so we carried on with the original plan.
Just outside Tshokwane 2 scally looking BBJ’s and 2 SBS’s were hovering around for no apparent

Around 5km later Hawkeyes suddenly shrieked “LION” and I shouted “LEOPARD”, then Hawkeyes started laughing and said “leopard” and this confused the Cow “Where!”
A female leopard was parking off in the shade looking down into the riverbed, so we also parked off and waited. Minutes later something in the riverbed, which we couldn’t see, got her attention and she was off on a sneaky stalk and then charged down into the riverbed.

Just north of the S86 we found some ellies snoozing while 1 stood guard and then a few km later we found spots in the grass again.

The leopards in Kruger must have been multiplied lately
Funny to see the elephants sleeping like rocks. They must be young ones

Oh, wow, you found that cub again

And of course, more leopard, but nothing less is expected
Those jackals look a bit worse for wear, but finding SBJs is awesome
I also find those snoozings elephants highly fascinating
Otherwise I'm with leachy
