I hope I have this correct...
We can post insect images here and possibly get an ID ??
I am not the best when it comes to ID of insects .....they are either bugs, grasshoppers, ladybirds, dragonflies, wasps/bees hornets, flies, caterpillars, mosquitoes or butterflies/moths...
But I do like to know what I have photographed . :)
Here goes...
I believe this one is a Protea Beetle ( Bug ) - taken at Kirstenbosch in September this year

Very pretty ..I didn't have my macro lens with me though.
